1. Introduction

To be eligible to open and maintain an account on 1wim, you must meet all of the following requirements at all times during the operation of your account:

• You must be a resident of Bangladesh or accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is not prohibited.
• You must register using accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information. False or misleading registration data may result in immediate account suspension.
• Each user is permitted to hold only one account. Duplicate accounts are not allowed and will be subject to closure and forfeiture of funds.

3. Account Registration and Verification

When you register a new account on 1wim, you are required to provide a valid mobile number linked to a bKash, Nagad, or Rocket account, a unique username, and a secure password. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. 1wim will never ask you to share your password with any third party, including our own support staff.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

1wim processes all deposits and withdrawals in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). 5. Bonuses and Promotional Offers

All bonuses are credited to your account in BDT and are subject to the wagering requirements detailed in the relevant promotion's individual terms.

By accepting any bonus from 1wim, you agree to the specific terms attached to that promotion. The following general rules apply to all bonuses and promotions offered on the 1wim platform:

• Bonuses are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash unless the applicable wagering requirement has been fully satisfied.
• 1wim reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer, limit the available bonus amount, or cancel bonus credits that were awarded as the result of a system error or promotional abuse.
• Wagering requirements (rollover) must be completed within the stated validity period of the promotion. Unused bonus funds expire at the end of the validity period.
• Bonus offers are intended for recreational players. Any evidence of bonus abuse, arbitrage, or systematic exploitation will result in the immediate cancellation of all bonuses and potential account suspension.

• Creating multiple accounts to exploit bonuses, bypass limits, or circumvent account restrictions (multi-accounting).
• Engaging in collusion with other players, match-fixing, or any form of coordinated betting fraud.
• Using bots, automated software, scripts, or any technical tools to gain an unfair advantage over other players or the platform.
• Depositing or withdrawing funds linked to illegal activities, money laundering, or fraud.
• Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, or otherwise compromise the security or integrity of the 1wim platform.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the 1wim platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, software, database structures, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of 1wim or its licensed content providers. All rights are reserved. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes.

Any unauthorised reproduction, distribution, modification, or public display of 1wim's intellectual property is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.
